Rebate offer is valid only for new individual bookings of at least $1,000 made online at (http://entertainment.cruises.com) or
by telephone (1-800-887-9042) between 7/31/09 and 12/31/10 for sailings on select cruise lines departing by 12/31/11. This
rebate offer is not valid on any Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, or Azamara sailings. Amount of rebate in U.S. dollars is per
stateroom and varies by the total purchase price of the cruise booking. Must mail a properly completed rebate form,
postmarked within 60 days of return from cruise, to the following address: Entertainment Cruises, P.O. Box 310,
Wilmington, MA 01887-0310.
Any form postmarked or received prior to the cruise departure date will not be accepted. The
rebate amount will be credited back to the credit card used for cruise purchase within 4-6
weeks of our receipt of the rebate form. The rebate amount will be fulfilled in the same
form of currency used to purchase cruise (credit card, check, or cash). Our interpretation
